Frank Merced, a master chef and owner of one other local restaurant, Merced’s On Brandy Pond, in Naples, owns Franco's Bistro. He trained for four years at the Culinary Institute of America™ and graduated in 1977. Italian-American fusion cuisine is Frank's specialty. Opening Franco's Bistro is his second restaurant venture, which makes it even more close to his heart.
